Crosta, Mary E. "Bess" (Whalen)

Born and raised in Maynard, she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Margaret (Nugent) Whalen. A longtime resident of Milford, she was the former owner of Mary's Catering. She was the widow of Nicholas J. Crosta.  

Mrs. Crosta is survived by a son, Nicholas Crosta of Ohio; 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late George, Walter and Helen Whalen, and Margaret Campbell.

All were invited to graveside services on Saturday, April 12th at 11:00am in St. Bridget's Cemetery, Great Road, (Rte 117) Maynard. Those who wish may make memorial contributions in Mrs. Crosta's name to St. Bridget's Church, 1 Percival Street, Maynard, MA. 01754.
