age 56, of Framingham, died Thursday, August 26, 2010 at the MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham.
Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Floyd R. and Evelyn (Haswell) Barton. Linda was a graduate of Newbury College and worked locally as a secretary for various local businesses. She is survived by a son, Scott A. Soares of Hesperia, CA. ; two grandchildren, Larissa R. Soares and America Faith Soares; and an uncle, Harold Haswell of Framingham.
A graveside service was held Thursday September 2 at 10:00 a.m. at the family lot in Rural Cemetery, Rte. 85, Southborough. The family suggests donations be made in Linda's name to The Salvation Army, 35 Concord St., Framingham, MA. 01702.
