Jones, William C. Jr.

Born in Boston, he was a son of Marcia (Lafean) Jones and the late William C. Jones Sr.

Affectionately known as "Bill," Mr. Jones was a graduate of Acton-Boxborough Regional High School, and was a self-employed contractor in the Acton-Boxborough area. A good cook, he also enjoyed breakfast with his friends early every morning at Julie's Restaurant. He loved music and dancing, and especially time spent with his grandchildren.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters: Jennifer Morash of Harwich, & Jessica McDonald & husband Kevin of Littleton; 5 grandchildren: Patrick, Matthew, Nicholas & Kimberly Morash & Mark McDonald; a brother of Stephen Durham of White Horse Beach; three sisters: Diane Lucas of Concord, Pamela Jones of Pismo Beach, CA. & Allison Stone of Manchester, NH.; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces & nephews, extended family & close friends.

All were invited to visiting hours Monday, April 21st from 5:00-8:00pm at the Acton Funeral Home, 470 Mass Ave (Rte 111) Acton, and to the memorial service 11am Tues. in the Church of the Good Shepherd, 164 Newtown Rd, Acton.
